Grown in San Marcos on the Nueva Granada Estate at an altitude of 1400 to 1700 metres above sea level. Varieties are Caturra, Catuai, Bourbon and Geisha and it is a wet processed coffee. This is a high grown coffee. Coffees that are grown at a higher altitude and are considered to be of a superior quality. The slower growth of higher altitude coffees produces a harder denser bean, that gives a more consistent flavour, rich, smooth and delicious. This is a Rainforest Alliance coffee.
